From Frankfurt Airport (FRA) to Passau

Note that there is another airport Frankfurt-Hahn (HHN), which is different from the major Frankfurt Rhein-Main Airport (FRA). Hahn is located rather remotely.

After arriving at Frankfurt Airport do NOT take the train to Munich! It is more convenient
to go directly to Passau.

The train station and ticket machines are located inside the airport in terminal 1 on level 0.
