Important dates

•  Early online registration:
  • For authors: before  June 7th 2006, 11:59 CET (camera ready due date)
  • For participants: August 1st, 2006
• Regular online registration: August 2nd - September 17th, 2006
• Late online registration / on-site registration: September 18th - September 20th, 2006
• Tutorial registration: September 10th 2006

• Early online registration (till 01.08.06): EUR 330,--
• Regular online registration (02.08. - 17.09.06): EUR 400,--
• Late online registration / on-site registration (during the conference): EUR 450,--
• Additional banquet-ticket (for another person): EUR 70,--

Registration includes:

• The workshop proceedings
• A welcome drink, and subsequent all coffee breaks
• Three lunches
• One banquet dinner in the Neuburg Castle, .

Any of the cancellation refunds do not apply to authors with an accepted paper.

• Till August 1st, 2006: Eur 60,--
• August 2nd - August 31st: Eur 200,--
• After August 31th: 400,--

The registration process includes the following steps (refer to a check list):

1. Registration on the conference tool:
   • Register on the conference tool as a new user
   • After login, press the link "Register as Participant" and follow the instructions (EuroNGI members must register too!) 
   • Once completed, you will receive an email including payment instructions
2. Follow the instructions in the received email carefully and use the university webshop to proceed to the payment.
3. Your registration is only complete once we receive a confirmation of payment.

• Affordable hotels and bed&breakfasts are made available for your comfort in different price categories. Please take advantage of the limitted number of rooms with special rates. Please follow the link to make your  hotel reservation.

• Conference Dinner and Banquette at the near-by castle of Neuburg  -
  • Spectacular view on the River Inn
  • Reception in the Knight's Hall
  • Time: Monday 18th, September 2006 - Meeting for Bus Transfer 18:30
    Meeting point: University of Passau, by the "Audimax (AM)" Building,

• Organ Concert at St. Stephan's Catherdral -largest organ in the old world (second day of workshop)
  • Meeting point (Conference hall) Tuesday 19th, September (after the last session 17:50)
  • Walk to the St. Stephan's Cathedral (ca. 20min) followed by a small tour of the cathedral (by Mrs. Brandenburg)
  • Concert starts at: 18:20
